Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Due to the perishable nature of our products - Fed Ex Ground delivery (1-2 days) is available only in New England. Fed Ex 2nd Day shipping is available seasonally Oct.1-April 30 during the colder months to other areas. Overnight delivery is available year round.

Our online ordering system charges a per cheesecake shipping price since each cheesecake is packed and shipped in their own shipping box. If you wish to purchase multiple cheesecakes you should call us for a shipping quote to see if your order can be custom packed in a larger shipping box to include multiple cheesecakes which may save on freight charges.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship only to street addresses.

How do you keep the cheesecakes cold?

Izzy's cheesecakes are shipped frozen in our custom designed shipping container which completely surrounds the cheesecake with Styrofoam insulation. This keeps the cold in and the heat out! A frozen gel pak is placed inside the packaging of each cheesecake to keep it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box for added strength and protection.

What days do we ship Izzy's Cheesecake ?

We try to ship within 24 hours if the cheesecake is in stock. If we need to make your flavor it may take 48 hours to make, bake and chill your cheesecake before shipping.

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday for Delivery on Tuesday through Friday. New England areas using ground shipping may possibly be delivered on Saturdays. No signature is required and the cheesecake will be left on your doorstep. Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of shipping addresses, and to make sure that someone is available to accept delivery. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

Example 1 - a cheesecake ordered (and in stock) on Wednesday using Overnight delivery would be shipped on Thursday for Friday delivery. However the same cheesecake using 2nd Day delivery would not be shipped until the following Monday for Wednesday delivery - since Saturday delivery is not available for 2nd Day or Overnight thru our online system.

If you absolutely need your cheesecake delivered by a specific date please call us so we can arrange for priority delivery and get you a quote for the additional shipping charges.

Example 2 - a cheesecake ordered (and in stock) on the weekend using Ground or 2nd Day delivery in the New England area would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday for midweek delivery. The same cheesecake ordered on Wednesday using Ground or 2nd Day delivery in the New England area would be shipped Thursday for Friday/Saturday delivery. If the cheesecake was out of stock we would need to make, bake and chill the cheesecake so it would be shipped on the following Monday.
